[DogParkList] MacLoggerDX version 3.0

There is a bug in MacLoggerDX version 3.0, introduced with the re 
arrange-able columns, where data from the Notes field may be exchanged 
with data in the SRX field when either field is edited. This also 
affects ADIF export.

This has been fixed in v3.1b2:

This version's ADIF output is being tested for compatibility with eQSL:
