[DogParkList] MacLoggerDX and the Yaesu FT-1000MP

A change to the MacLoggerDX driver timing has fixed the MacLoggerDX 
FT-1000MP driver running under OS X.

BTW version 1.7 to be released soon, will include the first cut at a
