CBI Rosh Hashanah Song and Chant Circle

Sunday September 10th // 5:00 pm // CBI  

Please join us for 'Pre-prayer' for the High Holidays - CBI's inspirational
Rosh Hashanah song and chant circle with musical accompaniment! We will
focus on key verses highlighting and interpreting the Rosh Hashanah liturgy.
We then join in song as we learn and sing these words together in simple yet
compelling melody and rhythm. 

Our aim is to awaken the divine in our hearts through music. Singing these
melodies can soothe the mind and at the very least is simply fun to do! No
prior knowledge of Hebrew or singing ability necessary . only a willingness
to join in spiritual community. For more information contact Len Hausman:

The Great Big Diaper Drive

September 18 - 22 // CBI

Help us collect diapers and related items for the Community Food Bank of NJ
as part of the

a&id=d345895a07&e=eb09225b74> Great Big Diaper Drive. We are proud to
partner with the Jewish Federation and other early childhood centers across
Greater MetroWest, and serve as a collection site.  Please bring diapers of
all sizes, baby wipes, and baby cream to our donation bin September 18-22.
*NOTE: All items must be new and in original packaging. This is a perfect
mitzvah opportunity for young children, as they really understand the need
for diapers and can help participate.

Erev Shabbat Live 2023-2024!

We are very pleased that this year we will be having 10 monthly Friday night
Community Shabbat Dinners at 6:00 pm, each preceded by Bim Bam Shabbat
Services at 5:30 pm for families with young children and followed by
Kabbalah Shabbat Services at 7:00 pm.  We will start the Fall off with a
Welcome Back Traditional Chicken Dinner on September 8.  Please mark your
calendars for the full schedule off all 10 dinners:

October 6 - Sukkot Celebration Dinner

November 3 - Chinese Dinner

December 1 - Hannukah

January 5 - Traditional Chicken Dinner

February 2- Tu Bi'Shevat
