[CBI] Essex County Covid Level - Correction

We apologize for the error in today's earlier email. We are pleased to let
you know that, for the upcoming week, CDC reported this evening that Essex
County, New Jersey, community level is reduced to Medium.

In accordance with the Board's November 15, 2022 policy, at services this
week:

*	Masks are required in the designated mask-required and
mask&distancing-required sections;
*	Otherwise, Masks are optional.
