Shalom,

As part of our ongoing work with our Homeland Security Grant, and events
occurring locally and nationally, please read the following reminders.

CBI Security Guidelines

1.	The synagogue entrances are locked to maintain the security of the
building and the contents.  During business hours please ring the bell for
access. 

2.	If you are attending a meeting, minyan or event during the evening,
a greeter will be at the entrance or there will be a phone number posted on
the door(s) by your committee or group to gain entrance. 

3.	The school entrance can only be accessed when monitored by synagogue
or school staff (i.e. HGECC pick-up and drop-off).  BBRS will only be using
the main entrance by the synagogue office until further notice. Access to
these doors will be restricted at all other times, including Shabbat,
whether entering or exiting.  

4.	Perhaps the most important practice we all can do is to prevent
"tailgating."  This is when someone gains entrance by either following a
person as they enter or leave.  If you do not know the person, please either
close the door promptly behind you or contact a staff person.
