here are some of those that i've recently found:

Dezign from Datanamix: http://www.datanamix.com this one is cheap and works with almost all DBs. it does the schema generation thing too. works on win.

TOra: http://tora.sf.net probably the thing that you don't need at all, but it is GPL.

MacSQl: http://www.rtlabs.com/macsql

ProSQL: http://www.intellisw.com/prosql/

SQLBoss: http://www.sqlboss.com/

there are probably millions of others, but these are some i found while looking for luke.
