I recommend renaming .sconsign.dblite to .sconsign.dblite.p3 when python3 is used. Otherwise, when starting scons on python3 with an existing .sconsign.dblite from python2, the user will get a crytpic failure message about ascii decoder. Or else, give a more useful error message.
