[Scons-dev] Tests failing with docbook and saxon-xslt

Dirk (Or any docbook'ians),

It looks like a few tests are failing due to the version of saxon-xslt only
understanding xslt 1.0.

Does that sound reasonable?  (Does the xslt in the test require xslt > 1.0?)
