I can spare a bit of time to make anything D related not fail. There is
a feature of Dub builds that really could with being ported to SCons,
Meson, and CMake.

I'll just give it a go, if there are any failures, I'll send in a pull
request.

I will be running on Python 3.6.1 though, but I can also test on 3.5.3.
