Well, maybe. in that case, it'd be a warning that it might be worth while migrating (if only to shut up the warning). People who ran the migration script wouldn't see the warning any more. People who used a new cache wouldn't see it because it'd automagically use the new form

Migration won't help old clients who will be rebuilding the cache.
