[Scons-dev] Anyone else have VS 2015 installed?

Is the SDK number located in the registry at 
Software\Microsoft\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\CurrentInstallFolder?

If so, then my value is 8.1A and I have VS2015 installed (along with 2013)
