[Scons-dev] D, SCons and Meson

I forgot to mention, the biggest upside of SCons compared to Meson is
that SConscript files are Python codes, meson.build files are DSL
files, not Python. This means that SCons can describe many builds far
easier. This will have to be part of the future marketing of SCons.
