[Scons-dev] Documentation toolchains

Hi,

For a couple of other projects, I have been investigating ASCIIDoc. I
think SCons might want to investigate this since it provides non-XML
user-edited material that can then be put through a DocBook/XML
toolchain. A number of other projects have gone this route, keeping
their existing toolchain adding a bit on the front and having much more
editable input without any change of output.
