[Scons-dev] one maintainer on vacation

Bill,

I’m the co-manager of SCons along with Gary.
I’ll be around for the bulk of the time Gary is on vacation, however coincidentally I’ll be on vacation for some of his.  That said, I should have occasional net access and will check when possible.

I'm not sure I fully understand the maintainer system, but I assume this means pull requests are on hold until your return.
