[Scons-dev] Bibtex bibliography isn't created unless \bibliography is at the end of the document [PATCH]

Hi,

I've reported this through debian's reportbug, but no action seems to
have been taken neither I have received any response, so I've thought
I could as well report this back to upstream, so I'm forwarding the
