[Scons-dev] SCons and D

[Russel Winder]

In case people missed it, I submitted a single changeset pull request
for the changes to the D tooling. It would be great if people could try
it out leading to a quick accept or reject.

I have checked the Linux and OSX tests and get only failures not to do
with the D tooling. I have not tried on Windows. Also there is the have
or not have gdc, dmd, ldc2 situations to check: so many variants, so few
CI servers ;-)
