Hear, hear.

Whilst I am a hater of humans having to read and write XML, even
DocBook/XML, rationalizing the SCons use of DocBook/XML is a good step
forward.

I support a move to ReStructured Text or AsciiDoc, but having something
better than there was is a great benefit.
