[Scons-dev] Supefluous tempfiles used for DLLs

Let me double check this.. I thought it was working.. I do have a patch laying around for this some place we gave to Steve knight
I will see about getting it applied in a push request.

Thanks. It's not patched in 2.1.0, though, because that's what I'm running.
