[reportlab-users] reportlab and right-to-left languages

Hi list,

I am aware of the various threads about right to left languages and the
rtl-branch of reportlab (hopefully I didn't miss any). I believe that I
fixed one issue (styled text with right-to-left languages) but I spotted
another one that I was not able to fix: lists are not rendered
correctly, the bullets appear on the wrong side.

I attached a sample script which shows the fix and the bug.
Prerequisiste is the installation of pyfribi2. The fix can obviously
only be seen when using mwlib.ext on its rtl-support branch (basically a
branch of reportlab). At
http://code.pediapress.com/wiki/wiki/RightToLeft you find a
"documentation" on how to install pyfribidi (from on of the rtl threads
on this list here). This page serves as a collections of issues and
solutions to right-to-left PDFs with reportlab. Feel free to edit.

I'd be glad to get any input.

Best regards,
Volker
