[reportlab-users] PDF comments

I got this question from a user:

	Is it possible to set an option that "commenting" the PDF is allowed?   
	Currently if you check the PDF's Properties (under menu 
	File/Properties/Security) it is set to "Commenting - Not allowed")?

Any hints? Any help appreciated :-)
