[reportlab-users] python2.1 problem

Hello!

I've got stuck with a problem. It's said that Python 2.1 or higher 
needed to work with ReportLab 1.20. But I found that in some situations 
ReportLab tries to raise UnicodeDecodeError which is not implemented in 
Python 2.1.
Does it mean that ReportLab unfortunately can't be used with Python 2.1?
