[reportlab-users] again russian language question

Hello reportlab-users,

I used TrueTtype font with cyrrilic support. Made as described in
reportlab docs 'TrueType Font Support'.

String for displaying:

s = u."Here goes string in russian language in cp1251(in Windows
Notepad)".encode('utf-8')

After generating pdf file I view it in Acrobar Reader 5.0, but there
are strange symbols in the document and no text in russian language.
What to do now?

Any help is very appreciated.
