[meteorite-list] Small, earth-impacting asteroid/meteoroid videos now showing up online

A small (~1-meter) asteroid that astronomers have been tracking for several hours earlier today crossed over the English Channel one hour ago (3:00 UT 13 February) and broke up over the coast of Normandy. Many videos of it are already appearing on the web. Here's one taken from Brighton, UK (south coast of England) looking across the channel toward France:

Should be numerous meteorites on the ground - the meteoroid was at about 40-km altitude at the point it crossed the French coastline north of Saint-Martin-aux-Buneaux, so nearly all of it should be over land. --Rob
