[meteorite-list] Meteorite 'gold rush' after meteor falls over Prescott, Arizona

The "real" meteorite hunters like to keep things as quiet as possible. Can't have all these inexperienced yahoos out in the field bothering the residents and ruining the recovery effort. 

It's all about the science you know :P

So, is this a confirmed fall? Has anyone found meteorites yet?

The lack of chatter regarding new falls on the List is something
relatively recent. I'm not used to this level of silence after a
potential new fall. Has Facebook stolen all the thunder? If so, that's
sad.
