[meteorite-list] Ebays new shipping policy

I'm missing something here....well, most likely because I haven't read their 
new "agreement" policy.  I always just ship USPS priority flat rate, eat a 
few bucks, and bypass all the Ebay labels and stuff and junk and stuff and 
crap.  What's the main issue?
