[meteorite-list] Chebarkul or Chelyabinsk - Hammer or Not?

Hi List,

Have there been any credible reports of meteorites actually striking
manmade objects or structures yet?

And, is damage caused by the shockwave considered for "hammer" status
purposes?  I know this entirely subjective and unofficial.  It has
zero bearing on official or scientific nomenclature - it is solely for
collector/dealer/geek purposes.
