Aloha list,

I wanted to update the standings in the challenge I offered earlier today (see thread below).

So far there have been a lot of good guesses, but you can eliminate Wadi Melene, NWA 6927, NWA 7306, NWA 7307, NWA 7308, NWA 4446, Allende, NWA 7168, NWA 6927, Sau 001, NWA 7317, Millbillillie, Parnallee, Gujba, Sutter's Mill and "George".

The thin section micrograph can be found at http://bigkahuna-meteorites.com/MysteryTS.jpg  and my bonus clue is that the meteorite is … a chondrite!  Hehe...

… and its still up for grabs! Good luck to all.
