Yep, it's John Bryan Scarborough.

And those aren't the only catch of the day -- I can see only the top
and right edges of this slice, but they're desert-varnished.  No
fusion crust.

It's a shame, but this material will probably resurface later from
credible sources.  Folks don't seem to be learning.
