[meteorite-list] Latest Met Bulletin Updates, 28 new desert meteorites

Hi Folks,

There are 28 new approvals to the Met Bulletin today.  These are
mostly OC's from the hot deserts, but there are a few highlights - a
few type 3's, a CV3, an iron, and a meso.  :)
