Doug's point is huge...and as well, please consider that this List is 
global.... and trying to seat a jury will be quite interesting.  Any defense 
attorney will cite our prior opinions, as entirely valid as they all are.

Intent is the critical folcrum.  Did he "know" that he was a fraud?  (We do, 
but then again), how can they prove he was so knowledgeable in meteoritics 
as to intentionally miss-lead?  All he has to say is that he "was pretty 
certain, and meant no intentional fraud"....

The guy is a quack, and everone knows it.   He's also sly.  The perfect 
crook.

I can't wait for him to appeal a conviction.......
