[meteorite-list] opinions on suspect crater / odd formation

Hi everyone,

If you look in Google Earth, you'll see the lakes and other structures
are on the flanks and lava flows of various volcanoes of the Cascade
Range. Between Olallie Bluff and Mount Jefferson you have a whole
bunch of lakes that have formed in the remnants of glacial terrain.

Volcanic and glacial related, not impact. Still pretty cool though.
