[meteorite-list] Radar help

Hi,
Is there a website to help understand how to interpret radar data for tracking meteorites? I've been reading the tutorials on the NOAA/NCDC toolkit site but it's geared more toward using the program and not actual interpretation of the data.

It's more of an academic exercise at this point since I can barely walk let alone hunt meteorites in the field. :(
