Good post in general, I was not familiar with how to report a fradulent 
auction on eBay!

Another outlet which the FBI and interstate commerce as well as eBay 
can get involved in is the IC#:

At Mr. Evan's suggestion (and a good one at that, thanks!), please
refer to the picture at the link below.  I have circled the "report
item" link location (found beneath Other Item Info for all auctions).
Simply click this link, choose the appropriate pull downs from the
subsequent screen, and report the item.
