[meteorite-list] Mars Odyssey THEMIS Images: ET?

Waren, then you are saying that if someone did discover a martian house that 
NASA could NOT deny it because all Mars pictures come from NASA?  After all you and I did not go there to take the pics.  So they must be NASA's.  And if they come from NASA's site, they must be NASA's.  Right?
