Hi, Varl, List,

The Turbo-Encapulator is an engineer joke that
goes way back to 1946. The description is 100%
gobbledegook meaning nothing but sounding
pretty impressive:

I'm not sure I like that comparison but -- heck! --
if you buy just ONE of my turbo-encabulators for
$750 million, I'll be happy.
