Bob asked for a translation from German to English. I'm going to give it a try. I know that my friends in Deutschland will correct this Italiener. 

The right inside page of the Certificate of Authenticity reads: 

In 1969 the American Astronaut, Neil Armstrong, was the first person on the moon. Share the experience of this first step on the moon that was watched on television by millions of people all around the globe. On the 25th Jubilee of the moon landing this noble medallion with a real meteorite reminds one of this great event in the story of space."

The description on the left inside page reads:
