Hi John,

There are two Steve Arnolds on this list. One is from Chicago (the one you 
are looking for) and one from Arkansas and one of the stars of the Meteorite 
Men Series.

While a lot of people seem to think Steve from Chicago is all right (he 
gives away free items), there have been a number of victims who have had 
problems with Steve from Chicago and a quick search of the list archives 
will show it is risky to do buisness with this individual as you now know.

If Steve isn't responding I would recommend you conatact your credit card 
company and Paypal to try to resolve your issues. Also contacting the 
Illinois Attorney General and filing a complaint might be of vital help to 
you.

This illustrates the necessity of knowing the dealer you are doing business 
with. There are many good dealers out there but I see more and more dealers 
coming into the selling arena that scare me, and I question if they have 
been around long enough to know what is really going on. Best and good luck.
