Thank you Larry, Matthias, Katsu, and Stephan for
the inputs.
 
That makes sense that a meteorite from the Kuiper Belt would
be charbonatious because the elements that formed that far out
weren't heavy enough to form rock planets. Proof is that the Tagish
lake formed past the frost line. Well I hope we can find more KBO meteorites.
