Some would say that the kinder dealer is the one who-- like a bartender-- cuts
you off after you've had too much: "sorry, buddy, you've had enough meteorites
for now."

Other dealers cut you off, seeing that you can't afford it.  "Black Anne", on
the other hand, devised a scheme by which you could squeeze out a few more
dollars to send to her-- "Coupons!" she exclaimed, cackling and rubbing her
hands together while kicking a puppy.
