Dear Listoids, 

This may be old news for some of you, but at the risk of repeating, the full content of a quite hard to find and expensive book on Tektites is available in full and quite free at:

The website explains that O'Keefe's work was sold as a book by Elsevier in the form of one arrangement but that the work was paid for by the US taxpayers and hence in the public domain. The above mentioned website contains the full text and all the figures, drawings, charts and phtots as published in the book.
