Happened to me too, Anne, some weeks ago, but without attachments.
In those mails I was offering Viagra and Cialis.

I even tried to sell to myself.
But I wasn't at home, when I emailed me, but on the Baragan with no internet
access.

So I wasn't successful... :-(

With an attachment.

Just one problem, I did NOT send  that email. 
I am very sorry, but apparently someone "borrowed" my name  Again!
Please do not open it, I have no idea what it is. And I will not send  any 
email with attachment to anyone unless it is something you specifically  
requested.
Again I am sorry for the problem.
