[meteorite-list] Simple mapping software? (A little OT)

Thanks Mark, I'm betting Google Earth linking and the USGS can do it nicely.

I just made one little improvement to my demo UK/Ireland map of witnessed
falls. That dot in the Sea that represents Wold Cottage ... I still left it
the water at the present uncorrected location on the USGS-MB site: but you
will notice I made that particular meteorite dot clickable. Click on it and
you will be surfed over to the USGS Met Bulletin site Wold Cottage page...

Another thought regarding this software - for NWA's, for example you could
define the whole region as a single territory, which could save some
problems, though I imagine if the coordinates are used for Erfoud or Agadir,
etc., it would look funny. Not much we can do about that mess, though...

Best wishes, Doug
