[meteorite-list] Looking for information that would help me put together a hunt agreement

Hello all-knowing List members,
Would any of you be willing to share a sample of the terms and  
conditions you use in your meteorite hunting agreement between the  
property owner and yourself?   I'm looking for what other hunters  
think is fair and equitable when you're hunting private land.
