[meteorite-list] Authenticity certificates anyone?

Hi all,
Can anyone recommend or point me to a template for a certificate of
authenticity? I'm selling a couple meteorites to a buyer who would like to
give them along with a nice certificate with info, my IMCA number, etc. to
his friend. I always include some kind of card but I've never been asked
about a certificate. Maybe someone has a file I could use and print out?
