Do you have any problems with Austria, Doug ?

You don't know anything about the procedure how the dust was made in NHM Vienna.

You even don't know any background. 

So please be quiet before you leave such words like 

"...why don't you just send them a few kilograms of cutting waste..."

or 

" ...save your powder in a can and then sell it to
Austriapost's IPO as an untapped opportunity... "  

It seems you are taking yourself for the wisest man here. 

Keep that crap for yourself.
