My attempted transtruction:
UFO? One a car parked has been blasted by an unidentified object that  fell 
to the street. Nobody was hurt. There was a hole suddenly in the white  car. 
Before this impacted the car something could be heard in the  whole city like 
the swissssh of a flying missile. 
 
It played out the magic event have after ninth advertising place further  
saturday morning – for several minutes. Suddenly it has spread over the city,  
but not for several seconds after, could the sound of impact be heard.

the western part which was impacted.  The windshield has been pierced as well as 
the dashboard, then it has  impacted into the rear of the engine from the 
inside of the car most  probably disabling the fuel system. Police have called 
the bomb squad,  perhaps, which will know about the falling unidentified.
