[meteorite-list] Norwegian Meteorite Laws?

Does anyone know what the laws are regarding meteorites in Norway? My
understanding is that the state takes them for the collection in Oslo. 13 of
the 14 Norwegian meteorites are held nationally. That doesn't necessarily
mean that a finder must give them to the state of course but, it seems to be
what happens.
