[meteorite-list] Cleaning Scale off Stonys

Hi Pete and list, interesting read this one, just an untried thought after
years of cleaning ancient coins now and then, the caliche is a carbonate, I
am assuming, it should dissolve rapidly in HCl or Hydrochloric acid, dilute
to slow it. Also, I had success on certain coins removing bad stuff by
heating and quenching in water, SSSSSSS and it flaked off.
Cheers, Kevin.
