Roy and Rogers  (both from New Mexico!);
Ski and Park City;
Spade and Marlow;
Ulysses  and Grant;
Washington County, Lincoln County, Roosevelt County, and Jefferson  
County (the Mount Rushmore set);
and let's not forget, Faith, Hope, and  Chassigny (groan).
