Yea, but the meaning of that word is not exclusively based in geology (= 
restrained) and in fact has other useful recognized permutations:  i.e., 
incontinent = incapable of controlling the excretory functions. It seems 
that the IAU is about to lose control of its functions when it takes a 
dump on the legacy of Clyde Tombaugh.
